A New Perspective Design Consultation

This is a perfect opportunity to have a fresh perspective on your space and to bounce some ideas around with some recommendations. It could be that you just want some new ideas that are based around your existing schemes and furnishings.  This service is not recommended if you require a fully mapped out design concept.

 

What’s included:

 

  • A 2 hour in-house consultation

  • Assess overall layout, style & design challenges

  • Create a key action plan of ideas to bring new life to your rooms which will be emailed to you post meeting.

Self-Implementation Design

This is perfect if you are the type of person that wants a clear design plan to follow but are happy to carry out the implementation yourself and get your own tradespeople in to execute it.

 

What’s Included:

​

  • 120 min Personal consultation & design questionnaire

  • Mood board which includes a colour scheme with paint and wallcovering options, window dressings and flooring ideas

  • Furniture and accessories suggestions

  • 2D floor plan

  • 60 min face to face meeting to present the concept design with 1 revision included

  • Clickable Shopping List

Cost: £900 / room*

*(larger rooms of multiple use maybe charged at an increased rate)

Full Project Coordinated Design Experience

This is ideal if you want more of a hands-on tailored approach right the way through from a concept design to implementation.

 

What’s Included:

​

  • 120 min Personal consultation & design questionnaire

  • Measured site survey and photos

  • 2D floor plan

  • Mood board which includes a colour scheme with paint and wall covering options, window dressing, flooring ideas, lighting, furniture and accessories suggestions

  • 60 min face to face meeting to present the concept design with 1 revision included

  • Inventory spreadsheet detailing clickable shopping list with our trade discount & budget tracker

  • Liaising with the trades

  • Final Styling

Cost: £1,500/room*

*(plus a 20% Project management fee of total inventory spend. Larger rooms of multiple maybe charged at an increased rate)​
